Relaxation Realm was created to offer something more personal than a one-size-fits-all spa experience.

Kisha Carney has spent more than 14 years helping clients feel better in their bodies through massage therapy. After 10 successful years with Massage Envy, she opened Relaxation Realm in 2018 to create a calmer, more individualized experience for the people she served. As her clients’ needs evolved, she returned to school to earn her esthetician license and expand Relaxation Realm into skincare and facial treatments as well.

Kisha’s approach is simple: listen first, then tailor the experience around what each client actually needs.

Whether someone is coming in for chronic tension, pregnancy discomfort, recovery, skincare concerns or simply an hour to unplug, the goal is always to create a thoughtful experience that feels comfortable, unrushed and personal.

Her clients have helped shape Relaxation Realm from the beginning, inspiring her to continue learning, expand her services and create a space where massage and skincare can be part of taking care of yourself, not just an occasional luxury.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere is calming and welcoming. Kisha is warm, professional,  and personable. She uses a pillow with stomach and chest cut out so you can be on your stomach and actually have pressure vs being on your sides only. Game changer for prenatal massages to still get something deep tissue, safely.  I had one at 32 weeks and one at 37. I wish I found her sooner! ALL  of this still rings true... appearantly 6 years later. She hasadded an amazing amout of magical services to her catalog this past 6 years. I highly recommend the facial. This woman is dedicated to continuously improving her techniques, skills and natural abilities. If you've ever had a massage and it wasn't everything you hoped for, then go here and discuss it with Kisha. make sure you get a change of perspective.

Kisha was absolutely amazing. She dealt with potential pain issues I didn't know I had. Meeting her felt like meeting an old friend from high school, her manner was so welcoming.
